endwalker min specs?

They should push out a benchmark test before the release.
Probably similar or higher than SHB. They tend to update things with expansions. Especially with the PS5 version running they want it all to be in line.
I am guessing it will be a bit more taxing, even if not by a lot.
When I was playing the trial and upgraded, up to Stormblood I played on a very old PC that could barely get to 15 fps on average, with the absolute lowest settings possible. I was told I would get in trouble the moment I reached Shadowbringers' areas. Fortunately I was able to upgrade by the moment I got into actual 5.0 content.
Probably you will be able to run it, but best case scenario it will be just as bad for you as SHB is right now.
I hate that currently the gpu shortage is making the second market skyrocket the prices. Maybe you could look into upgrading to an not-current-gen gpu but still better than what you got right now? It sucks, I know, to put money into a gpu that (hopefully) will be replaced again in the near future, but it would make your gaming a little more bearable.
Its probable that an entire computer would be cheaper than just the GPu alone, or at least that's my situation. My graphics card and gpu are both notably lacking and I could get a pre-built cheaper than those cards
are you not able to get a PS4? They're dirt cheap nowadays and you can still use mouse and keyboard
According to [this](https://na.finalfantasyxiv.com/system_requirements/?_ga=2.89309211.1889550392.1619734461-1703426788.1584037010#windows) page the expected minimum requirements for EndWalker are the same as they were for Shadowbringers, except for 20 GB more disk. That being said however, if you're limping along in ShB I would not expect it to be any better with EW, and it'll likely be considerably worse.
What type of GPU are you currently running? I ran through ShB on a GTX 1070 and had no issues even on near maximum settings, so you may not have to upgrade by much to get something that will work well.
a gtx 650
If you manage to save $5 a day from now until Nov 19 you'll have $825 towards a new GPU/whole PC.
What are you even running right now, to only have 9 fps?
Is a 2060 out of the question? Even 1060 6GB would be amazing compared to that.
