Is the other 50% of the work cleaning up all those desktop icons? Good lord! 🤣
Making me itchy.
Lol the other 50% would be paint, cleaning up the rough edges and adding more fan holes and usb ports.
Paint? I would consider leaving it bare metal. That looks really nice, good job.
I want to keep it looking weathered but I'm gonna try and give it the paint scheme of a fallout 3 terminal
Well, that settled it....you now have to build another one. J/k ! I am sure it will be awesome when you are done. Keep us updated with the project, it is very inspiring.
Typical for a windows user.
Your icons disgust the IT guy in me...
You should get that IT guy out of you before he gets sick and makes a mess.
So. Many. Icons.
Could you take a screen shot so we can see what those all are lolol
Here before someone comments about all the icons on your desktop lol
Mine looks the same too
edit: DAMN u/anths beat me to it by 26 seconds!
At least theirs is in a grid form. I've seen ones where the grid is off and it's all over the place with icons overlapping OTHER ICONS. I once saw my friends desktop and saw like 20 icons overlapping each other and wondered HOW that guy could ever get anything done.
Holy icons Batman...
Better yet just disable icons on the desktop 😎 been doing that for 4 years and haven't looked back
ctrl+a, ctrl+x, ctrl+shift+n "junk"+enter, enter, ctrl+v, alt+f4.
Better shift+delete those icons
Why do I love the monolithic PC design so much!? I'm not even old enough to have ever seen one in the wild.
What touchscreen is that? I've looked at some of those mobile displays but haven't pulled the trigger because they look like they would feel cheap in the hand and they aren't cheap. Are you happy with it? Does the touch feel as responsive as a nice phone's touchscreen?
Great job so far! Be sure to update us at 100%!
Your desktop makes me cry
More desktop shortcuts plz.
Nice setup. I can feel a trend for a glorified cyberdeck pc : more customisable and repairable than laptop, more mobile than a tower.
My next main pc will be something like that with a modular gfx card.
Very cool build and maybe the first workstation sized Cyberdeck I've seen. Next time someone asks "what does it do" you can just slap the snark off their face.
Windows has a feature to hide all icons on the desktop. That way you don't even have to clean up!
What in icons hell
you have a bit of screen on your icons xD
