Best way to theme w10 shell/file explorer?

Just use the default theme, change to white or dark. Don't just use third party themes. Like change your Windows to Macos theme and something like that. It will cause you many issues. I ***** my pc by installing third party themes and other softwares. If you want really an alternative to the default windows theme then install Ux theme patcher.. grab a theme in the program (ux patcher) and download it, then move the contents to %windir%/Resources/Themes. You can apply the theme from settings app of Windows 10. Other applications like uxthemepatcher 1. Simplify 10 2. Macdock 3.Flattstic 4.Ubuntu skin pack (change windows to Ubuntu like os) But I recommend you to not use them. It caused issues in my old pc. Like taking all the resources 100% cpu and memory usage and my pc died. I really don't like them. But you can use it if you have a good pc not like mine. Hope this helps... https://youtu.be/OOGQtbT_F9g recommend this video.....
