> Alexander Gintsburg, director of the Gamaleya Center - that’s where Sputnik V was developed - says that unlike Pfizer and Moderna, Sputnik V does not need to be modified for Omicron. According to him, the Sputnik V vector vaccine technology allows it to work against different strains of coronavirus. > The effectiveness of Russian vaccines against the new variant of coronavirus has already been confirmed by Russian Health Minister Mikhail Murashko and virological experts. Is there any confirmation on this? It reads a lot like marketing talk.
