Don't call me out like this :(
The phone is the worst offender for disrupting sleep patterns, and I know it, but I need my phone to be near my bed to help me coordinate my existence in the morning.
One thing I've found helpful recently is to read a book at bedtime instead of browsing my phone. I find that it's a lot easier to fall asleep after putting a book down than after putting my phone down.
The hard part is that it needs to be a book that you're *really* into to keep your attention away from your phone.
Going off phone/computer every night 1-2 hours before bed was a godsend. I will drink tea and read books until I go into my room and fall asleep within 10 minutes of laying in bed. I'll wake up at 6 feeling refreshed and go for a short 20 minute bike ride.
It makes me more productive overall to spend less time on the computer and there's less anger and anxiety about the world. Try it!
I'll try it. I formed this bad habit and reading a book will be much better.
Nothing like finding this at 3AM when you "went to bed" 2 hours ago...
Fuck, I’m doing this right now lmfao. I guess this is my sign. Good night y’all
That bed looks amazing
